As many of my clients already know, I regularly visit and hold
Herbal workshops and talks in Japan. I normally do these events
twice a year, usually visiting several counties whilst in Japan.
This November will be no different. I will be working in Tokyo,
Osaka, Kyoto, Hyogo, Tokushima and Nagoya. You may be
wondering why western herbs in Japan! The main reason for
this is that many Japanese love plant origin remedies.
You would be amazed how many Aromatherapy goods and
Herbal shops there are in Japan.
Aromatherapy in Japan is so popular that it has associations
and professional bodies as well.
This is the same in the west but in Japan Western Herbal
Medicine cannot make any claim on effects of
herbal treatment yet. This is part due to not being fully
recognised by the Japanese government etc.
On the other hand, traditional Japanese Herbal Medicine
“Kanpo” is recognised and regulated in Japanese health
organisations and Government bodies.
However, it is free to study Western Herbs (aromatherapy
and herbal medicine) and is becoming more popular these days.
I feel honoured to introduce my Herbal Medicine knowledge and
its proven power to Japanese students.
I hope I can make a difference, enlighten and share
my knowledge with them to make for an exciting time.
